Caroline has many years of experience in digital business building and innovation. She was one of the first employees and part of the management team at SumUp and led cross-functional teams in venture building as a Lead Venture Architect at BCG Digital Ventures in Berlin. She is passionate about bringing visionary ideas to life and believes in the strength of multi-disciplinary and diverse teams that come together to build businesses and products with meaningful purpose and impact.
